This balm is amazing. You do not needto rub in very much. A dime size dab is plenty for each area it is rubbed into.It warms up ,give it a few minutes .The warming is intense. And does disapate over about a hour. I place some on all my trouble areas. Low back, shoulders , tiny amount to upper back,elbow and right hand.I usually have 5%Lidocaine patches.I did not need any of them.This stuff is amazing!
