Q: Do they come in small or medum??

I found no option for small or medium..on this or other gloves, they all seem to state large

Q: How do you wash these gloves?

Most beekeepers avoid exposing bee's to unnecessary chemicals. So you can put the gloves on, and stick your arms in a bucket of clean water, and basically wash your hands with the gloves on. Then hang them in the shade to dry, or make a glove dryer. Generally speaking between sweat, and sunlight most just replace their gloves every couple of years. Rinsing them in cool water, and not leaving them out in the sunlight or a hot truck to dry will make them last longer. Generally speaking I just wear them a few seasons, and replace.
