No, this is a spray bottle with a little bit of soap. Better to buy the soap and a spray bottle

I can’t answer technically for the manufacturer but I use this on my oak counter top which is sealed with Monocoat. A very small amount of product is mixed in the spray bottle with water. Spraying on the counter and wiping down restores the finish appearance and helps remove minor debris. It feels dry afterwards and doesn’t leave residue.

No rinsing required HOWEVER it does need to be buffed and wiped VERY thoroughly. Buff away, there's no way to over-buff, and make sure you get into every corner and nook when wiping.
