First of all, I use Pacino's products and never have had a problem with them. They do what they say what they will do and more compared to other manufacturers. I ordered my beard pen as I always do, but this one particular time when I got it used it, it only worked right with the first application and went dry. Before any of you jump to conclusions, I did put the cap back on it and I always keep it in the box upright. I sent Pacinos a message regarding my experience and how displeased I was and I want you to know they immediately responded and sent me out a new beard pen and it works great. Great customer service. I will continue to use their products and you need to as well. Thank you Pacinos for caring about your customers 👍👏

Terrible product, this is the second time I have purchased and by the third day its totally dried up and will not distributed onto your beard. The first time I thought maybe it was just a product left on shelf too long so I tried again. Same experience. Save your money and time. Unfortunately this is a really bad product.

I like how easy it is to use and how long it last if you put it on right. Meaning you should put it on with your face completely dry. No moisture not even sweating. It blends into hair very well. It has lasted from the night I put it on my face until the next night. I don't like that the pen doesn't last more than 3 - 5 uses if you use it on both sides of your face. It would be awesome if they allowed you to buy refills. It dries fast and if you want that sharp edge than don't brush/blend it in. Spending $20 for so little use can become expensive. Especially if you wanted to use it everyday or two. That's why I only gave it 4 stars.

I don't know why these pens dry up so soon I ordered 2 and spent abt $30 and I feel like I got taken I have ordered before and I guess it a gamble I even tried wetting the tip and it didn't really do no better I will try another product but when this product works it looks good thats why I keep trying
