Excellent coffee, now too expensive
I love the Nicaraguan coffee, it's one of my all-time favourites and according to Amazon, I've bought it 15 times.Very sad to say, I won't be buying it again as the price has gone up by 25% since I last bought it in December and I just can't afford it.I understand prices go up, production costs, etc. I'm 71, disabled and on a low income, £20 I could just manage, £25 is too much.

Old roasted, bitter with powdery after-taste.
My order arrived with a roast date indicating it was 6 moths old thus confirming my suspicions that freshness isn't guaranteed when ordering via Amazon. This may not be important to some people but if you drink enough freshly roasted beans you soon get to recognise beans which are too old for consumption. To be specific the beans become bland and lose their 'tasting notes'. I'm sorry but 6 month old beans fall in to this category. There was also an unpleasant after taste. The beans sadly went in to the bin.

Organic, but coffee’s aroma dont taste medium roast
Tanzanian coffee, I bought a week after getting 1/2 kilo of its neighbour Uganda’s dark roasted beans. The latter organic too but its aroma half times better. One can’t find coffees of latter two in any supermarkets, who stock ground version in 227gm packs from coffee producers Tanzanian Kilimanjaro coffee beans needed bit more roasting to be classed medium

Deceiving
Item was deceivingly small as when ordered, it read as 1kg times 2. When in fact, it was 500g times 2. Thought that it was misleading and in fact, very expensive for the amount received!

Product weight wrong?
Coffee great - have tried nearly all! However, just ordered Tanzania beans, and noted that it said 500 gm bag only on the amazon site, where all the others are one kilo. Checked on this and was advised that it was 2 x 500 gm bags, but ultimately only received one bag for £20. Technical data also indicates 1 kilo. Amazon have refunded initial purchase price, but assuming I am correct, this will be a continuing problem until resolved on the Amazon site

Far to weak
Unfortunately, this coffee fails on taste. It isn't as described and is too weak for me and my husband.

new number 1
I Really enjoyed this one. The coffee froth/creaminess and aroma and finally delicious deep taste have made this my new fav.
