This is the best mixed spice on the market, as far as I'm concerned. I use it in my black cakes, smoothies, custards, etc. This spice gives such a lovely flavor to all my baked goods and smoothies. I highly recommend it.

Compared to Penzey’s cake blend in a carrot or spice cake, the Boston Spice “TBAC” tastes like gingerbread. Not a bad thing but seems ginger forward in comparison. Adding more cinnamon yields better balance and nostalgic holiday flavor. Awesome product and very fresh!
