Don't tell your friends you use it - just serve it to them and accept the compliments. My dark secret: sometimes I use it for dishes other than paella. (Whoa - bad boy!) Nicely balanced, hauntingly delicious. Just don't salt your preparation before adding this and *tasting*. Only made that mistake once. Paellero Paella Seasoning is among my Top 10 kitchen secrets. It's a good mix combinations of spices, but not enough Saffron!
