I rated this a 4/5 because it of my own reasoning. I would have given it 5/5 if: 1) they were printed and not on a computer, and 2) if I got more than one computer download. Comparing this to other flashcards like 5 steps to a 5, I would say that this exceeds my expectations. 5 steps doesn't scramble the cards up, or even give you the option to test it, the same this does. Very excellent program and I advise Art Hist. teacher, Art Hist. students, AP ART HIST students and teachers to all BUY these cards.

We purchased this because we're studying the Rennaissance, and I really wanted my 10 yo daughter to have a way to work on art history by herself. It's so much more enjoyable to flip through these cards than to look at a page in a book. There is a free download so that you can see how the program works. I was very pleased to see that some of the flash cards contain historical questions and artistic vocabulary as well as the works of art.Now that we've purchased it, I plan on using it to augment my younger daughter's history, as well. The program is easy enough to use that my two girls could sit and use it on their own. Although they won't be taking the AP test for a few years, I think it's a great way for them to become familiar with great works of art. I found the price to be very affordable for what it is. Just to be clear, this would not be a stand-alone resource for art history, you would still need to purchase books to accompany it.

I was so happy when I found these cards, I ordered them right away. This is my first year teaching AP Art History & I have not had the class my self for 35yrs. I knew I would need some help. At first I had a hard time loading the sofdtware, but Steve(the producer of the cards)took over my computer and loaded the software for me. I was so impressed with the cards I purchased 10 more licences for my students to use. The cards are great, you can flip them for the answer. Some are just a photo of a piece, some cards ask questions.I LOVE THESE FLASH CARDS, please try them, you will not be disappointed.

...at all due the lack of instructions on how to use this software. I found no way to use this software for any useful purpose. I have played around with it several times, but haven't found a way to get it to do what it was advertised to do.

I absolutely love your flashcards! I teach AP Art History and am using them for an in-class review -- I've encouraged every student to buy them!
