This works very well. I really enjoy this facial.

This does exactly what it says it does. Its simple to use, easy to clean, and a pratical price. I liked this unit due to the face cone, it allows you to relax over the unit and keeps the steam flowing in the right direction. I use the towel over the head method because I really love the heat. This does give off nice warm steam, but it's definitely not a heavy steam flow. It takes about 3 to 4 mins to get started with good steam. I switch it on, then go wash my face and brush my teeth, by the time I'm done it's ready to go. It steams steady for about 10 minutes or so which is nice. For $24 it was definitely worth it for me.

I like that I can add oils to the water for a nice eucalyptus steam. I have ordered this item twice and both items have come with the face shield going on crooked. It drives me mad and really annoys me. I haven’t seen others made this way and I’m not sure if this is just a bad batch or what.

Normally, I like Conair products, but this one was a real disappointment. The tiny reservoir barely holds a quarter cup of water which is not enough to give off proper steam and so this one didn't. I kept waiting for the boiling water to disperse steam to my face but nothing happened. It would take a month of Sundays to get steam from this machine which is a shame because it's pretty, easy to use, and comes with a facial scrub brush. I wanted to keep it, but it made no sense because proper steam is important to cleanse the face. When I tried to get help, the company gave me instructions to remove the reservoir from the back and make sure it was working correctly but there was no way to remove the reservoir. Could be that they sent the wrong machine or gave me instructions for an incorrect machine. Sorry, it goes back

If your cat is having chronic sinus infections and is snuffly and turning down food, this is probably the easiest and cheapest solution to create a mini kitty steam room.The way we've done it is, set up a box or platform; put the cat in a carrier on top of the platform facing the facial steamer; fill the water compartmemt with water; drape a towel over the front end of the carrier, loosely enclosing the steamer, to create a makeshift tent. Set a timer for 15-20 minutes so it won't boil dry. Repeat 1-3 times a day as needed.Congratulations, your cat is now feeling better and you're not having to run up the water bill to make it happen.

This barley gives any steam, poor quality it just stopped working. Don't waste your money not worth it
