Dr Doty, I saw Mel Robbins and you in her podcast and I was compelled to buy this book immediately! I read it in one go. Just couldn’t leave it. In fact, after completing it, I gifted it to one Oncologist. I strongly recommend that everyone should read it and also read it to their Kids! This is a masterpiece!

This book true to its name is an assortment of magic spread out for the reader to pick up, enjoy and imbibe. This book is a narrative of implementation of magic realism in reality and if you are into that literature, you will hear that voice in the pages weaving a magical story. If you want to open your heart, mind, help others to do so and experience the collective joy then this book is for you. I don't know if this book has been translated into other languages or not, if not it needs to be done as a humanitarian effort to make people a bit more compassionate in this largely negative world.

This book helped me understand beauty of the power of my mind. Its a beautiful story of author, an inspiring one. Helps in believing in onself. Its a must read.

It is an easy read. Insightful. Yrena Sabalenka referred to the book & how it helped her with her mental game. Golf is also 90% a mental game. The 4 principles / guidelines helped me a lot.
