Q: Can i choose from the designs? I need 24 sheets of 3 designs only not all of them. Is that possible?

No. It is a prepackaged set. You would have to buy multiple packs to get 24 sheets of a particular design.

Q: Is there an user manual?

Yes, for more ideas go to DCWV.com for additional project ideas. This was great cardstock, color, designs,weight,texture...and even the fancy script sections for card and scrapbook embellishments...I would buy this again...great variety of designs when you need to add that extra special enhancement.

Q: Is there a design on the reverse side in case we don't like the one on the front?

No, the back is white. You will love the front.
