I am mom and put this bed together while my husband was at work, it was easy to assemble. It's sturdy and my toddler loves it! He is finally going to sleep without someone sitting with him until he falls asleep. He says he's a big boy now. We're very happy with this purchase! The mattress were using is 6 inches thick which keeps the safety rails functional and the height reasonable for him to climb into the bed.

Not as tall as I was expecting but otherwise after 4 hrs build with my father it was a wonderful addition to my daughter's bedroom. She absolutely loved the slide though it is steep it keeps her off the floor and makes putting her down, at my 5'10 height, a breeze. Assembly was a pain but doable. Be aware the box it comes in is very long almost 7 ft by 3ft and almost 80lbs. It was difficult to transport and left some chips in the wood due to shipping. Overall I am extremely happy with it and so is my daughter!!

Overall I'm really pleased with this bed. I took a star away because there was a major scratch on the top of a bed post that makes it look flawed. I was a bit confused building the slide portion because the screw holes didnt line up but after a lot of force the screws went in. After building this bed, my fingers hurt from using the allen wrench and the difficulties of turning it. The directions were pretty straight forward and easy to follow.

Fast shipping and Great bed, my son Loves it. He waked up excited to go down the slide and gives him extra room to play underneath the bed. It was very easy to put together. I put it together myself in about an hour.The bed is very sturdy.I would recommend this product to anyone with kids who love fun and exciting play-on furniture.

My three-year old LOVES his new big boy bed and it’s perfect! He will grow into it and have it for a long time. It’s pretty sturdy but when I climb in to read to him or lay with him, I question the strength of the ladder (I’m 150 lbs).

The instructions are terrible. And not everything is even labeled, in the booklet or even on the pieces themselves. I had to do a lot of guessing. Also the predrilled holes aren't the right size and don't line up properly. It took me way longer than it should have to put together.

Awesome bed. Easy to put together. Love the way the slide can be detached when not needed. Under bed makes for good play area.

The slide in particular is ridiculously hard to put together. the wood came with multiple dents that I bought wood putty to fill in. one part on the side of the slide that my son got hurt on. the sturdiness is very questionable but my son is very petite so its something i will have to keep an eye on as he gets a little older
