Absolute waste of money, looked nice when arrived, however it was apparent very quickly that this is made very cheaply, oven door hinge is broken and unfixable, oven light never worked even when changed, can not remove glass to clean, just very awful cooker and not fit for use. A very unacceptable customer service and zero help from Amazon

Seems ok. The back has no wire so you will need to wire one on, it's not hard to do. It's actually a very nice looking cooker and nice and large. The initial smell is strong so have the back door open when running it for the first time. This is my first brand new cooker and I will update my review if I need too. This is NOT a fan oven and does seem easy to clean. The instructions aren't particularly helpful but I am sure I can find them online. Over all for a cheap cooker it seems OK. I use cheap loosely as I personally thing £330 is expensive but it was definitely the cheapest 60cm, metal hobbed (I hate the glass top ones) cooker/grill I could find. It also arrived when it said it would which was a few days after placing the order.

Delivered within the time slot allocated. Took away old cooker as requested but no installation. I have had to get an electrician in to do this. I was led to believe I had ordered installation as well. Apart from that it was fine. There is a small cap missing that I will have to source which is irritating. Looks ok but unable to try it until it is installed so no idea if it works!

Well I had decided that I wasn't going to spend a lot of money on a cooker just for myself and didn't want a beko but I wanted a ceramic hob,so I bought this it's good for the price looks ok keep it clean and and it's a good purchase

Item is faulty, fan in oven does not work, we are expected to disconnect this cooker and pack it up ready for connection? Who keeps the packaging of large appliances “just in case”? We can only get Amazon credit as the cooker was purchased the company who was refitting our kitchen and broke our original cooker? I do not actually want to buy another cooker from amazon as customer service is not up to sorting issues - we also can not disconnect cooker that is faulty and reconnect the new cooker they want us to purchase, the builders did all this - why should I be out of pocket for a faulty product??
