Can u wear around your neck

Hi, the clip is strong and secure enough to clip anywhere but I don't know how well it could count your steps if it was around your neck, especially if it was free to swing.

Does it work for running??

Of course, but strides in running will be different to walking steps

Can’t seem to figure this, There is a delay in recording steps, doesn’t start immediately & doesn’t record every step. Anyone advise please?

There is an inbuilt delay of about 10 steps, this is to prevent erroneous counting if you are just moving about but not walking. It is by far the most accurate pedometer I have ever used.

It recorded 1485 steps from a 2000 step exercise done barefoot, attached to jogging pants waist tape. How can I get a more accurate total?

Maybe you should wear trainers so that you have more impact when your foot strikes the floor,
