This is sooo amazing!! It’s the best sunscreen applicator ever!! And the kids love it too. First time in 6 yrs that there is now no anxiety from the kids, with putting it on them, esp their faces!! The 4 yr old took the applicator and literally applied the sunscreen to himself! I made sure I told him that if he missed a spot, the sun would find it, so he really did a great job! Which means the 6 yr old can do it herself as well. This applicator literally reduced applying sunscreen down from 3 kids, to only having to applying it on ONE!!! And she gets a pass on doing it herself, since she’s just only turned one yr old! I love it because I don’t get waterproof sunscreen under my nails and all over my hands. I don’t get a drop on me! The waterproof doesn’t always wash out very well, and therefore usually ends up in my eyes, since I have allergies & they tend to be itchy. This truly makes me just so excited that it solved my issue, & saved my eyes!!We’ve only used it a few times so far, so I can’t speak to longevity of product. I’ll update at end of summer (if I remember 😉) But the applicator for apply sunscreen is the best! I bought a couple more for gifts because I know they’ll love them too!

It is a great product, but I feel like it is a bit expensive. I bought it because my son hates the spray-on sunscreens but he loves applying sunblock with this spreader. He even likes doing it himself. You do need to teach the little ones to press a little bit more, so that the roller moves around to output more sunblock. It can be deceiving that it is rolling because the foamy part gets sunblock into it for a while and it is some ways away from the roller part.

As soon as I saw the ad for this thing I bought it. My son refuses to sit still and let us apply sunscreen, and then if its not blended all the way, as soon as he sweats it gets right in his eyes. This let's you apply with one hand and hold your kiddo with the other, all while you avoid having super lotiony hands. 10000/10, highly recommend.

I’m impressed by the design of this product. It has a clever mechanism that uses a ball, similar to a ballpoint pen, to help release sunscreen. It also includes a sponge for distributing the product onto your skin. The concept is really smart, especially if you want to use your own sunscreen.You can somewhat control the amount of sunscreen that comes out. If you press down a little harder, the ball engages with the skin and more sunscreen is released. If you only want to spread what's already on the sponge or skin, less pressure with just the sponge works.After sitting in my pool bag for a week, a lot of the sunscreen settled down into the sponge and cap area. When I opened it again, it spilled and was messy. At that point, it was also harder to apply a thin, even layer on my skin. And I use a thicker sunscreen which I felt was less likely to slip through. I imagine a thinner sunscreen would have more settling at the base.Another thing to note is that the sponge is pretty large and difficult to use on my face. This is a must have if you have school aged kids. We use mineral sunscreen which is hard for little ones to apply, but this is a total game changer. My kids and I no longer dread application. No messy hands and they can easily ask for help from a friend. I will be buying another for our pool bag.

I like to let my kids put on their own sunscreen but they miss spots and squirt out way too much most times. This helps to spread the sunscreen around more evenly (I still go back and blend it in a bit) and prevents the kids from using too much. I love it for myself as well! Definitely recommend.

This is a great add to the pool bag! I love that I can add any sunscreen that I want to it! It goes on easy and rubs in as you roll. I will say that it doesn’t fully rub in though. So I still find myself using my hands a little bit but it does a bulk of the work and the kids have not complained at all when they used to fuss at getting their face sunscreen on. The ball does get stuck sometimes but I just use my hand to release it without getting a ton of sunscreen on my hand. Easy to throw in the bag. My older kids like to do it themselves. Reapplying is so easy. I will say I’ve only used it at the pool so have not dealt with sand yet so cannot speak to beach use or reapplication after sand.
