My biggest concern about ordering this was whether or not I'd actually be getting what I'm paying for. I opened a capsule and it had a white powder inside. My understanding is that this form of resveratrol is supposed to be white and if it is brown then it has gone bad. So it passed that test. I tasted it, but I'm not sure what genuine resveratrol is supposed to taste like. It tasted kind of chalky. David Sinclair said that resveratrol doesn't dissolve well in water; that is why he mixes it with yogurt. So I tried dissolving it in water and it indeed did not dissolve well in water. So I tried dissolving it in a little olive oil and it dissolved in the oil. So it does appear to be genuine resveratrol. If it had been some kind of ground up chalk or something then I don't think it would have dissolved in the oil. I can't vouch for its effectiveness yet since I just bought it this week. I'm taking it with NMN. If I notice any improvements in health that might seem related to these two supplements then I will update this review.

Quality ingredients.

Have used this product several times now. Could not get my old product any more. Tried another product it was brown and did not smell right. This helps to control my blood sugar. As doctors blood tests confirm. I will use it as long as it works. I have no side effects from it.
