Very enjoyable! I read this book over and over to my students each year. Helps teach manners and good decision making choices.

great book,,. had it as a kid, bough it for my own future kids.

I purchased this for my son as he and his wife were expecting their first. I read it to my son when he was little. I like the big concepts spoken in little terms. The corrective behavior notes on the bottom right of the page were memorized to use at teachable moments.

Great values and lessons - and the kids laugh and love itI've given it as a gift, too, for a baby shower, along with "If Everybody Did."

I was looking for a book that would teach my small children (3 & 5) some cause & effect relationships. If you act this way...this happens. I agree with the other reviewer that said that this book just doesn't make sense to small children. The pictures are all black & white, and the writing isn't clear. I wanted so badly to love this book when I ordered it after reading the rave reviews, however, it just didn't cut it.We do, however, LOVE the Julia Cook books. Each story addresses a very specific topic (Tattling, Interrupting, etc) and then offers ways to help stop that specific behavior. The stories are relate-able and clear to small children, unlike this book.

Super book to start Daily 5 lessons in my classroom.

I'm a Media Specialist in an Elementary School. This is an excellent book to share with children K-3. I bought this with the hope that it would model good behavior and good manners. It did, and it does.
