Terms with no definitions, review questions with no answers, and word-heavy descriptions when a simple example or diagram would better explain it. I’ve read other works by Stallings, and this is by far the most incoherent. It feels like he just took content from various references and randomly fit them together.

This book is a great source for IT security professionals and engineers seeking to explore and learn about every major facet of the excitingly and continuously evolving Information Privacy field! The author gives a detailed description with practical examples pertaining to information privacy standards and technologies, threats and vulnerabilities, technical security controls, legal and regulatory requirements, privacy awareness and best practices for safeguarding user data from targeted Cyber attacks. Whether you are new to this field or looking to expand your knowledge about Information Privacy, you can count on this book for Information Privacy projects!

Livro bem organizado e muito bem escrito. Apesar de uma abordagem superficial em alguns domínios, vale muito a pena sua leitura!

True to the style of Stallings, the author, this book does not disappoint. It is full of material from all perspectives relating to Data Privacy. A great read and a great reference to have on one's shelf.I highly recommend this book. There are no titles out there that talk about Data Privacy in anywhere close to this depth and 360 degree view.
