I'm writing this review after placing an order for my next batch of 2 month supply. It's actually a good product worth using daily there are many Unseen as well as Seen benefits Some of the things I observed in this period were 1. Initially I had muscle cramps/ Soreness due to Home workouts. But after taking these they almost disappeared in 2 days 2. Noticeable memory improvements I can clearly feel the difference. If I had to put a number I'd say it's improved by around 25-30%. I seem to recall & remember better. Thoughts seem much faster now 3. In these 2 months time I only had common cold just once & you wont believe that lasted only a single night. When I woke up the next day I was feeling fine . These are some of things I noticed after consuming these capsules. I think internally for the body im sure it's at a good level as well. The only reason I ordered this was I find the process of taking 2 tablets- 1 for fish oil & 1 for multivitamins too much. However thanks to this I only need to take 1 for all & I'm glad it works for me & has the combined benefit The only complaint i can think of is Initially I used to have Stomach bloating but that stopped within a few days I guess the body got adjusted. Fish Oil is a must have for all gym goers. An essential part of my diet i have one pill daily after dinner. Its the best fish oil in the price range. 1000 mg capsules generally are a bit expensive but this is pure value for money. The pill size is a bit large. The EPA DHA ratio is also pretty good in this product. EPA and DHA keep the joints mobile through proper lubrication and improve skin structure for a healthy glow. An awesome pruduct with pure value for money. Go for it!!

The size is larger than normal pills, and you have to take this in between your meal. It says no fishy burps but I did get a few times. Tbh didn’t feel any effects after using this for over a month. And I got old stock. Also: They change the price a lot, reduced it to 350 right after I bought it for 499; then some time later changed it to 650. So I’d suggest not to buy it for more than 350.

I am using this capsule since last week. The good thing is that it's actually improves my energy and reduced my fatigue. Capsule size is bit large, however this is a soft gel capsule so easy to swallow. No fishy burps, no side effects. 1 tablet a dau enough to meet daily %RDA. The good part is it's a combination of both fish oil (omega3) and multivitamin. Recommend to use as dietary supplement which will boost immune system and suffice daily vitamin requirement as well.

I have so much relief in work-related stress and depression. I have found that I am able to focus better and there is definitely a reduction in mental fatigue brought in by long hours of work. i take it once a day after breakfast. I mainly have them for their anti inflammatory properties. And also because they make my skin better.
