I love this brand of knitting needles and cables. I’m new to using Shorty’s and this pack is just exactly what I was hoping for at a good price. Comes with a good size range of needles and a couple of cables. What I love most is the pack itself is really small so I can bring it around with all of my knitting projects. I love how the pack of needles is in a nicely bright colored pack so that I know what sizes the are - (blue = size 4-10). Again, wish I had several packs of these because you never really have too many knitting needles, right? They are strong, lightweight and just perfect!

Shortie needles are a must when working sweaters, especially sweaters for children

I’ve been making a lot of mittens recently and these are my new go-to! The cable connectors have been so helpful too. Instead of switching to a different new longer cable for magic loop, I’ve been able to just connect them together. The yarn just slides off the needles too, so it’s a really pleasant knitting experience

This is the perfect set of short wire needles for sleeves, hats, socks or whatever small things you are knitting. Well organized in a neat holder. Three different size wires are very versatile.

I got this set after learning on the fly that I needed shorter tips to work on children's items. And spending close to the purchase price on just the couple tip sets for the one sweater while knowing that I had a couple more sitting and waiting. I am VERY happy about how compact and organized the set is. I like having two different tip lengths it allows for more options. Last but probably not least for most people, while my "curly" cords for my other needles never bothered me a lot, the ChiaoGoo memory free cords are nice! Even if they can be a little straight sometimes...lol!

The 3in needles don't have a key hole to tighten. I thought it was a factory miss. I called the seller she found out because the 3in needles are hollow they couldn't put a hole in the needle part(all the chords have a key hole). The 2in needles in the blue case and the whole complete set in the red case are all solid and have key holes in the needles. So for the 3in sizes US 4-8 they recommended to use a rubber band or a grip of sorts to help tighten. The seller I contacted was very helpful 5 stars to the lady that answered the phone, she helped me find a convenient grip for my set. Eventually chaigoo will put a grip in their set is the word on the street. The needles themselves are very easy, smooth and comfortable to use. Perfect for small circumference knitting when you don't want to use the magic loop or double pointed needles. Worth every penny for me!
