Q: Can you jog with this stroller?

I would say no. Not good for jogging.

Q: Can anybody tell me their experience about this stroller is it a good one?better than city select?

This has been a great purchase for us, is not the Lighters stroller out there but it is a two seater and the benefit of this one is that you can fold it With the two seats in Position with out have it to take extra parts.

Q: Does the handle extend?

No the handle does not extend out... but it does move up and down. I'm 5'1 and I can accommodate it.. my husband is taller 5'7 and it accommodates to his height
