Windows Password Reset and Recovery - Desktop and Laptop (32-bit / 64-bit)

I used the program to reset the password on an old computer. My old computer did not function well with the program but the instructions included a work around for my problem. I had keyboard problems and had to plug in another keyboard to solve those problems. It stretched my abilities to remove the old password. I had to restart the program numerous times until I accumulated enough experience to use it correctlly

It was a nightmare

I dislike that you can reset but it doesn’t actually reset .I follow the reset password but then once you finish resetting .you do alt control delete to restart the computer and then still ask for password and it does change that password doesn’t accept the password you changed to

useless!!!

It worked perfectly. One minus, The directions may be compatible with some computers but the one I had to fix was not. Instead of offline diagnostic I had to goto the partition mode. Hope this helps in the future

Does not work. A waste of time.

Did not do what it was suppose to. Tried on my laptop and wasn't working ended up having to factory reset it!
