I recently bought the 30 lb vest and am very happy with the weight. I enjoy the wide shoulder straps that provide good support and don’t dig into my body like a narrow strap would. The weight is equally distributed which helps during training.

The weight is accurate and it’s easy to put on. Unfortunately if you have a large bust like myself, the bottom snap may not fit.

Pretty tough I use it to control anxiety as well as exercise.

Absolutely love this vest! It is super comfortable and soft material. I love the removable phone case! I got a 6lb and its a great starting point! I wear it walking and while running around cleaning my house! :) this is a must have!

Vest is fine. I got the 6 lbs one and it’s pretty comfy. If you have bigger breasts it might be a tad uncomfortable as the second strap runs across that area. I wear it while I mow my lawn and go on my walks and it’s perfectly fine.Only issue is the original order i made stated it came with 2/ 1lb ankle weights (which I didn’t really need but they were a nice bonus for the price). When I received the first vest I realized the ankle weights were missing so I returned the item and got a replacement the next day. The replacement still only had the vest and no ankle weights. I left a seller review letting them know I had no issue with the vest but that I never received the ankle weights. I kept the vest as it’s just fine. When I checked to see if the seller had replied to me, what i found was the description and picture on my order and the site were changed. Now the order doesn’t say it included the ankle weights lol. This is the first time I’ve seen that happen on Amazon. I will now be more aware of the trickery.
