According the Good Clean Love website there should be enough in 1 tube for 12 applications. If you are trying to conceive it is recommended to "try" every other day, timing your cycle closet to your days just before and during ovulation. The tube should be just enough to last through the week plus a few days right around your cycle's ovulation window.
