I took up golf later in life and have struggled with distance. Working with instructors and doing tons of mechanics drills helped my consistency, but did nothing to improve my distance. It finally dawned on me, I simply can't swing fast. There are many aspects to club head speed, but all the mechanics in the world won't cut it if you are simply swinging slow. I know from other sports, I'm a slow twitch muscle guy and also knew the principles of speed traning, but for some reason was slow to make the same connection with golf. Working with this device definately improved my swing speed, adding about 10% to my distance after one month and giving me the potential to hit more greens in regulation. I'm going to order a second so I can have one to train with at home and another to leave in my golf bag, so I can practice some faster swings right before and during play. Note it does take some time to start seeing results so stick with it. You can find training videos on their site and on Youtube. Great tool for increasing swing speed, but sadly accuracy still comes down to having good technique......

When I made this purchase it displayed the 3 stick kit. Only ended up getting the 1 stick. Then when I went back to review it showed the 1 stick purchase and the 3 stick purchase. Seems like trick marketing to me. Be careful when purchasing this item.

I should’ve gone ahead and spend more money for speed sticks that have more functionality. I would like to return this as well.

This will help you increase swing speed. Do keep in mind results do not come over night. If you stick with the training protocol the results will come.
