Jamaican Black Castor Oil Lavender Pure Butter 236ml

My partner has dreads and has suffered with a dry, flakey scalp for many years. We have tried so many products without any joy. Until we tried this one! Works amazingly for his dry scalp and doesn't leave build up. Smells amazing and texture is nice too. Tried to purchase again but out of stock!

Me ne sono innamorata. La consistenza è bella corposa, di sicuro non adatte a tutte le tipologie di pelle. Se avete pelle grassa, tendenzialmente lo troverete davvero molto pesante come prodotto. La profumazione è gradevole e io lo utilizzo in vari modi. Noto che sulla mia cute normale è troppo pesante e difficile da lavare, ma ho notate che a diluirlo con un altro olio più leggero funziona a meraviglia, stessa cosa sulle lunghezze dei capelli. Me li lascia morbidissimi e lucenti. Per la pelle invece ne basta pochissimo, lascia una lucentezza pazzesca e la pelle rimane davvero morbida a lungo. Di sicuro proverò anche gli altri prodotti della linea, perché penso che me ne innamorerò. Lo ricomprerò sicuramente.

Took me a few days to realize it but this oil has finally done what no daily oil and moisturizer ( together or individually) has ever done for me in the winter. I have tried every oil fad and formula you can imagine. But because this castor oil formulation said I can use it on skin, not just hair, I tried it ( plus I am not sure about lavender in my high porosity 4c hair). And it smells great, I can actually smell the lavender. Does not rub on easy though cuz it's a thick gel, no slip like baby oil or other liquid oils, but not enough for me to drop it to 4 stars. And it is not greasy so good enough for me. Applying to wet or damp skin as I do with other oils, was not the way but recently towel dried skin works perfectly with this

I appreciate that this Jamaican Black Castor Oil has Lavender Essential Oil added to it and that the lavender scent is not artificial fragrance. Not only does this fact cause this product to smell amazing, but since it has essential oil in it, there are extra health benefits I gain for my coarse, medium porosity, 3c/4a hair. I‘m glad the consistency of this oil is thick like a butter. By this product being thick, I believe the greasiness of it is reduced in comparison to regular JBCO. It works well at sealing moisture in my hair as part of using the LCO method. For $13.00 this eight ounce container is an excellent value, since using a small amount at a time is all that’s needed; a little goes a long way.
