Q: How many cups does this hold?

Which size mold do you have? For a 4 1/2 cup of flour recipe makes 1 lg and 2 med challahs or 4 medium challahs.

Q: Does anyone else have a problem that the instructions say to cook at 375 but they also say that the silicone is only safe up to 356 degrees?

I have used these molds several times following the directions of 375 degrees with no problems. Ignore what is obviously a misprint.
