Breathing Exercise Cards for Kids

This should be in Every Elementary Counselor's office. I use these for so many things in my office (emotional regulation, teaching coping strategies, anger management, etc.) They are great and very well made. They have held up well in my office. I would buy them again.

Our teenage girls liked the cards so much they wanted to take them home when we finished our activity.

I bought these cards for my grandchildren who have “intense” yet intellectual personalities.They ask for us to help them calm down. They ask us to overcome “social anxiety”. They ask us to calm them of the dentist and doctor visit fears.These cards are INVALUABLE. Best part is you can teach and carry with you one card till you see how it works or how your child responds. There are 30 cards so you have many alternatives. Really a must for all children.

I used these to teach a classroom of 3rd grade students breathing exercises when experiencing anxiety. We all enjoyed them. The content is kid friendly but applicable to adults as well. The cards are quality made, and the illustrations are cute.

These cards are so visual and easy to follow. I like them. I bought them for me. I like the simplicity of. them. It makes me want to do the different breathing more than the other usual breathing materials which can look so clinical. And sometimes, i don't want someone talking throughout the exercise. These cards are perfect for me. You read the description, you practice it and when you feel comfortable, you do the exercises as often as you want, at your pace. And you have some cute pictures to look at rather than some adult person on your screen.
