NoisyFarm (Baby Fun) Board book – February 21, 2005

My toddler loves this book and it was a great introduction to animal noises with her. Its also a very sturdy book. The only downside is that the book does not close well if the flaps are folded down out of order, which my daughter loves to do.

this is our second copy of this book. the first was so loved, that the flaps fell off. a bit simple once you read it enough to make the flaps fall off, but all our kids have loved it.

My ratings are based on my 1 year old sons reaction to the book. Nothing more or less... since I figured that's what I would want to know. ha ha

I'm a pediatric speech therapist and this is one of my most loved books. I bought my 4th copy of it today (the other 3 copies have been worn out). It's great to teach early animal sounds and the kids love the big flaps. I like to pause to say the animal sound after they open the flap until they've made eye contact and this book allows for that.

This is a very simply book. No story line. Picture of an animal and then you open the flap and it's the sound of that animal. The flaps open different ways so it sometimes frustrates the child. He usually gives up and wants off our lap.

We got this book as a gift with our older child and it was read so much the pages all ripped apart- so now we have a replacement book for #2 and the book is enjoyed just as much. #2 laughs and imitates the noises when the flap is lifted. Was mooooo his first word? Maybe.

My son loves this book. I read it to him every day from the time he was five weeks. He especially loves the last page, the rooster. This and Baby Talk remain favorites. At nineteen months, he still asks to have it read over and over. Now he can make the animal sounds when I open the flaps. NoisyFarm (Baby Fun)

My daughter LOVES opening the flaps on the book. It's an excellent book because #1 it's interactive - the baby flips the flaps and you read the page he/she opened #2 the photos and sentences are simple #3 It's fun to say the animal sounds. We also have Animal Talk and Baby Talk. I think there are a few others as well.

This book was smaller than I expected and I was also expecting it to be a sound book but that was my mistake. However, my 15 month old daughter LOVES this book and has started to say the sounds too. A bargain for this price as well.

Our daughter loves this book. She often toddles over and picks it up and brings it to me. We do the farm animal noises together. It is so much fun.

A favourite with my kids. The big flaps are easy for little hands to turn and all kids love animal noises.
