I love, love, LOVE this weighted blanket. I have one myself (8kg) which has really helped with the quality of my sleep so I bought this one as a birthday present for my dad who also struggles to sleep. The fabric is lovely and smooth, and the weight is evenly distributed across the blanket. The size is perfect to fit into a single duvet cover too so I'm not worried about it being impossible to wash. The stitching/finishing is top-notch too. It really does help with sleep/relaxation and is warm enough that I don't need additional blankets on top. Once under the blanket you can feel the calm setting over you and its much easier to drift off. The blanket is the perfect weight for a single sleeper, and because its sectioned the weight is evenly distributed. Overall I would 100% recommend this blanket for anyone who struggles with anxiety or falling asleep. 5*

I had heard so many good things about weighted blankets, and now that I’ve tried one, I totally get the hype! This blanket has genuinely improved the quality of my sleep and helped with anxiety. The gentle weight feels like a hug. It helps me relax faster at night and stay asleep longer. I’ve been waking up feeling more rested and less restless. I use it not just for sleep, but also while watching TV or reading. It really helps me unwind and feel grounded.

Nice and heavy, very comfortable. Check sizing though as it doesn’t match the typically used dimensions for single and double duvets in the UK. I’d say double size is good for one person.

Suffer from insomnia? ,asthma? . I have been suffering for many years from both . I was recommended by a friend to get one of these weighted blankets. There is a lot of choice on line but reading this one I felt I would give it a try . Comes with its own bag. It is quite heavy to put on your bed, but once on your bed it's fine it's not over heavy on the legs . I love it ,it is just like having a hug as you go to sleep and when I wake up later in the morning I feel I have had a deep refreshed sleep . This can also be used if sitting in a chair or sofa whilst watching TV , my next try when the weather starts to get colder . Thinking of buying a pet version for my elderly dog now. The only negative - it says in the instructions they can't be washed. I have spilt some food on it , got a clean damp cloth , with a little washing up liquid and very gently rubbed the dirty marks. Immediately came out. Didn't over soak the area and it quickly dried. In our local paper some people have used the washing machines and tumble dryers at petrol garages . This would obviously be at your risk due to the glass beads inside.

Bought for my 15 year old who suffers with anxiety. Provides comfort a good heavy blanket. Well made. Make sure to check the right weights for your size.

I have it under two other blanket, then a duvet below it as it gets pretty cold sometimes during the night. It’s a really great weighted blanket, a good price, great size, very soft, and really warm! I got the grey one. I’d 100% recommended it to anyone looking for a pretty good weighted blanket!

Initially bought as a Christmas present a year ago, for someone that suffers from claustrophobia and hates feeling trapped. I only bought this based on the positive reviews at the time and thankfully they were all spot on. The person raved about her improved sleep from the first night, which prompted me to buy my own. I cannot stand feeling "tucked-in" in bed, but having used it for the past year have only positive things to say about the blanket - it's been incredibly effective for my sleep. As the blanket is non-washable, I use it on top of a covered duvet during the Winter and find that cosy. In the Summer I put the weighted blanket in a duvet cover so I can still use it without overheating. The 6kg size seems to work both for a single and double bed. Very pleased with both purchases, and it has completely changed my opinion on weighted blankets.

I'm not really Quite sure what I got here its far to heavy even my delivery man struggled just handing to me. It doesn't Quite fit a single bed width size which is what I really purchased it for but as I said way to heavy you would get an hernia just putting this onto your bed. Even getting around all this I really do wonder would it be safe regarding other reviews I have to be honest this is not for me.

I like it but doesn't feel as heave as I expected, only a few squares have the weight the others are empty
