Defective product sold to me by Amazon.in. A lot of request has been made through mail to customercare@ havells. com and customer [email protected], but no response. Only avoiding the service request by sending AI driven replies not related to the actual problem resolution. WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES by both Havells India and Amazon.in. Total fraudulent activities by both the organizations.
