Did its job and stopped water from entering my daughter’s ear.

Year round, open water swimmer here! I actually use this as a neck band to keep that initial shock of the cold from hitting the back of my neck/top of my spine. It's been a game changer for me! They are meant for a babies head, so get the smallest one you can find if you're using it for your neck.

My son doesn't like to wear cap whole swimming he finds it tight. But this swimming head band is something he like.It is easy to.put on without making and feeling him uncomfortable.It easily restraint water going in ear.It dries quickly. I leave it near radiator.I would definitely recommend it.

We’ve bought these headbands before for our son when he was younger, however we needed a new one for our daughter who is awaiting having grommets fitted for recurrent ear infections. She liked the design of these ones and went for the pink / coral one with sea features. The design is fab and she really loved that! She is 5 years old but big for her age and wears age 8-9 clothes. I was worried the medium size wouldn’t fit her due to a couple of other reviews but the sizing is great and very much adjustable for varying ages (our 3 year old tried it on for fun and it fit him too). The down side to this headband, for us, is the quality of the material; we just found that the fabric isn’t as thick as the previous (more expensive) brand we’ve used before and we need one that keeps as much water out of her ears as possible. We did of course use ear plugs as well underneath the headband, but the material is just too thin for my liking. 3 stars overall because the sizing is great, the design is great (with lots of lovely designs to choose from too) and the fit is great; unfortunately though, the quality of the material just wasn’t good enough / substantial enough for us, which is the most important thing. We decided to give the cheaper option a try this time and whilst I can see it’s good enough for others with appeal due to the varying brands, it just doesn’t compare in quality to the more expensive brand for us.

This works well. We used it for my almost 2 year old while swimming - it was easy to put on although he wasn't a huge fan and kept wanting to take it off. Once he was distracted in the water, it was fine. He'd usually fuss with his ears but he didn't do this while wearing the band.Easy to clean and dry as well.
