Great product! The balls work perfectly and serve their purpose well. However, the main listing picture is confusing, as it shows three paddles and nine balls. Use them for sore calf muscles
I don't actually use them for their "intended" use - tennis. Instead, I use them to reduce tight sore muscle cramps or knots in my calf. They are inexpensive (as compared to the foam muscle rollers) and work like magic (relieve muscle pain due to leg workouts in the gym). After a few minutes using them as a "roller" my tight calf muscles feel much better.
