Low quality compared to first purchase
This was supposed to be a reorder of a mat my wife purchased last year. This mat is a full 2 inches shorter. The cover is loose and wrinkled. The foam is not as dense. the colors don't match. the difference in quality is astounding. The box says it is manufactured by Walcut not Soozier. The company is charging the same price for a drastically inferior product. I returned the first one only to receive another that is exactly the same. The new mat is the one on the left of the picture below.

Great quality
This mat is a lot nicer than I expected. It's the same quality as the ones at my daughters gym. I knew the dimensions, but it took me by surprise when I saw how big it is in person. The padding has a good ratio of firmness to softness. Her feet don't sink to the floor when jumping, but it still provides a cushiony landing. It also folds up nicely to give her the height to do skills that require her to use a platform. (Also to put it away neatly!)The only problem that I had with the order was that I paid for 1 day Saturday shipping and it didn't even leave the facility until Sunday with a Monday arrival. It was a disappointment because I rearranged my schedule to make sure I was there and it never came that day.

VERY good quality and hold up great
I ordered two mats for my daughter. VERY good quality and holds up great! I like the fact they Velcro together. I will definitely purchase more of these in the future

Coming apart at the seams
Bought this mat for my daughter for Christmas and already has started coming apart at the seams. Would consider another brand if in the market for a gymnastics mat. Didn't get but two month uses out of it.

Meh - 2 1/2 stars
The box was completely damaged all over upon delivery. The mat seems ok but the sewing job is bad in various places all over the mat. The handle (one handle) already seems to be separating from the mat.I spent days and weeks waiting and researching a mat for my 7-yr-old daughter for Christmas (we are in a budget) and I bought this for just under 100$ when it went “prime” in case I needed to return it, based on other reviews I had my doubts. I also didn’t want to pay $189 for Tumbl Trak so, I guess this is classic you get what you pay for. The mat is cushiony, yet firm enough for tumbling. No smell at all. I liked that doozies claims their mats are lead-free, and formaldehyde and phthalate-free. It is made in China- “made in China” all over the plastic wrap and box, so who knows if those claims are true, but at least the chemical smell isn’t there.Lastly, the inner foam is not a smooth surface. If you run your hand over the mat you will notice that the foam is wavy/lumpy. Not sure if other higher-quality mats also have this, though.

Recommended for light use
This works for light home use if your kids are gentle and take care of their belongings. My kids (I have 5 girls and 1 boy in my household ranging in ages from 1-11) are not gentle. My kids are rough and tumble. Our mat split on one of the seams within 3 months of purchase. I was not surprised and I do NOT blame the manufacturer. The fabric is NOT gym grade/quality. It is thinner and softer. The stitching is also weaker than what you would find on a Matt in a professional gym. It would work great if you have a toddler who likes to tumble or an older kid/adult who needs a mat for stretching. This product is NOT good for outdoor use. I do NOT recommend using it on the cement or any rough or wet surface.I would recommend using this mat indoors on a carpeted or smooth wood/tile floor. It would be a good idea to clear all legos, action figures, and other toys with pointy corners prior to setting down (they can puncture the fabric).

Very high quality mat
I was looking for a mat for my daughter to practice her tumbling but didn't want to spend as much as her gymnastics studio was selling theirs for. I was worried about the durability of buying a cheaper mat but this mat has been a work horse! My daughter practice almost every day, doing back handsprings, aerials, and other high impact tricks, and it's still in fantastic condition after over a year of use. I will be buying a second one soon so she can attach them together and have more room to tumble.

Good for what we use/need it for!
I was a little skeptical to purchase this mat while I was comparing it to another mat that was almost $40 more. I loved the fact that it measure 10’ long which is what ultimately made me decide to go with this mat over the 8’ mat. My daughter received this mat as one of her Christmas presents and loves it! If I had to comment on the flaws I’d definitely point out the seams along the mat. None of them are straight but I only knew to look for them after reading a previous review. Another thing I wanted to check out after reading reviews was the length of it. The actual mat came out to 9’ so I’m assuming they include the handles in the measurement to make it “10’ “. I was also afraid the mat may be too firm for my daughter when she does her tumbling. She’s 8 and has fallen on her face trying to do a back handspring and has stated it isn’t too hard at all. Are there better made mats out there? Absolutely. For in-home use I think this mat will work great for what we’re using it for which is tumbling and practicing jumps. If my daughter gets more serious into tumbling and eventually into cheer, I would consider getting another mat to attach to this one or may look into other brands.
