Product was nicely packed and sent thanks to Amazon. Vandelay did a great work in design. I did a few test to see how it was working. It has a consistent temperature reading. Upon registering for warranty received communication from customer care and they asked for feedback as well; very few takes the feedback from customer after sales which says how much they care about customer and product. I am hoping to come back and provide additional pros and cons about the product after using it for sometimes. currently product works as expected and does the work it was intended to do. able to remember multiple recent temperatures.easy to handle.

Stopped working after just 6 months of usage. Very disappointing product quality. The listing clearly mentions 3 years warranty, but there is no clear information on whom to contact for warranty support. Neither the seller nor the brand provides proper guidance for service or replacement. A product with warranty is useless if there is no after-sales support. I would not recommend this thermometer due to poor reliability and lack of customer support. Buyers, please be cautious.

Product is good. It worked for few months after that it started to show temperature as always high. Contacted the customer care number , resetting the machine did not help. Finally they sent a new piece and returned the old one all free of cost since it was under warranty. So far happy with the replacement. Hope it doesn't break like the old machine since these are critical to monitor my kids temparature.

As the hygienic and mental health these times isn't any good for everyone,there was need to buy a infrared thermometer in our family to maintain better hygiene for everyone. So,We have been using this vandelay infrared thermometer from almost 2 months.All our experience on usability and accuracy of this thermometer is recorded below in terms of cons and pros. Starting with pro: 1.proper hygiene can be maintained and used by everyone unlike conventional thermometers (this is the main USP of every infrared thermometer) 2.the quality of the product is good 3.the controls are intuitive (you can easily change the unit of temperature and buzzer settings by giving a glance to the given manual in the box) 4.accuracy of temperature reading is almost in par with conventional thermometer(tested this myself) 5.The display quality is quite good as it is legible at any given lighting and environment. Cons 1.Sometimes the temperature reading is not accurate (that's the only con I can comment on) Also Kudos to the A.S.S(After sales and service team) of vandelay as they did a fantastic job for registering with the warranty of the product P.S didn't find any issues which were being mentioned by others.
