32 Piece Themed Set of Chess Men Pieces - NO Board (Greek)

These are great chess pieces! They look just like the picture.

Bought this for my 11 year old as a birthday gift to play with on the chess board he and his dad made together. The chessmen are beautiful with incredible detail and well made. The only thing I did not like was they were shipped in just their packaging—there was no outer box or wrapping so the box (which we intended to use for storage of the pieces between matches) was ripped in several places and has an ugly shipping label on it. For the cost of these pieces (95 bucks after taxes and such) more care should have gone into the shipping to protect the integrity of the box and added protection of the pieces inside.

Package came earlier than it was meant to. Pieces are all here and intact (Awesome packaging). Seen this set on a different site that was out of stock. On that site they were going for 100+ so I don’t know why people are saying that they’re too expensive, I think at this price they’re a steal because it’s a great set to add to your collection. Slaughtered my opponent on my first game with them 😭 So the blue side are my lucky pieces. I am happy with my purchase overall. The only thing I can find to saying anything bad about is the quality of some of the pieces maybe. Specifically the Knights for the orange (shields) side..the way they were sculpted looks a little funny from a certain angle. But I personally don’t mind it all too much.

Small, but great detail. They look like they will break easy if dropped.

This is a great product. Paint is done very well. Using this for the vertical set. Wish they had a big set of this for the table. Def. would recommend

Box was super wrecked, externally. Only one piece broken into three, Twas one of the rabbits and ears. Glued back. Still, awesome set regardless of a no longer usable box and a glued rabbit. Thanks gorilla glue.

Before I purchased, I was worried I had seen some reviews that didn’t look good as far as they might be broken when they got here But they look cool so willing to risk it nothing was broken they all look good I would say that I didn’t notice that they said the names For example: Hermes, Zeus etc. I’m not a big fan of that because I know who they are I don’t need it written But it’s my fault for not seeing it before I ordered because clearly you can see it

OK to start, the box was damaged and had a tear in it, but it had been taped over, that put my senses on high. When I opened it though, the contents were all there and undamaged, and even the foam liner was in new shate. I'm not keeping the box anyway, these pieces will go in a new board with a drawer in it. They are beautiful, and one of the reasons I picked this set was because i don't think you will confuse any of the pieces. By the way, Amazon knew the box was damaged and had placed a sticker on it saying they had inspected it too. I didn't knew they did that, but I'm glad they did.

Xadrez para Colecionadores e Entusiastas! Nas fotos no anúncio, as peças aparentam ser bem maiores do que quando abri a caixa. Mas não deixa de ser um Xadrez incrível, não irei jogar com ele, fará parte da decoração do meu apartamento!

No me fijé que no incluye tablero, muy caro las puras piezas, devolveré de inmediato. Gracias
