Great dog food. However, last purchase, the food had an unusual heart item inside the bag of food. It appeared to be some sort of nail or something. I was not sure about it and contacted the company who gracefully sent a coupon replacement.

I’m so glad they like this. I preciously purchased the Instinct lamb and rice and they pick out and ate the large bites but not the food. They both like this Beef flavor

I can't comment much on the flavor, other than my dog seems to like it. 🤣🤣🤣 I have been feeding him Instinct for a while now, preferring limited ingredient because of the reduced reoccurrence of his allergies and the benefit of near zero flatulence. But I don't like that they use peas as a filler in the absence of grain (studies seem to implicate abundance of peas or legumes - but especially peas - in the diet of larger dogs can lead to an increased risk of heart disease. When I adopted my dog, he was heartworm positive. I don't want to potentially add any additional burden to his heart . Since his grain-free ran out, I thought I would try this recipe containing oats, millet, and barley to see how he does. The jury is still out on that and I'm not a big fan of grains (though far better than peas). But, other than the grains, which are 3rd or 4th on the ingredient list, I have zero concerns or omplaints about the ingredients list. Especially important too, since my dog is allergic to chicken, is that there is no trace of chicken of any kind. Instinct is one of few high quality brands that don't add chicken meal, fat, or anything else to every recipe.

This is the only dry food my Bichon Frise will eat. The pieces are the perfect size for her. This size bag lasts about 3 months, depending on how much human food she can sneak in.

My Callie used to eat this dog food and loved it. Later in her life she was prescribed a prescription food, by her Vet, and has had to stop this which she loved. I say this food has a great formula and was agreeable for Callie. I would recommend it.

Our lab puppy transitioned to this food right after we got her. She’s always found to enjoy the food, loves the little dried bits of chicken, and has a solid stool.

Me encanta esta marca! Y más importante mi Bernés amó estas croquetas! Los diferentes sabores me ayudan a que siga emocionada en su comida. Salmón, pollo y ternera parecen encantarle! Creo que la calidad de las croquetas valen el costo, solo me gustaría que la bolsa tuviera un sello más fácil de cerrar (ziplock de lado del empaque en lugar de en medio arriba). Cuando hice el cambio de croquetas lo hice poco a poco en el transcurso de dos semanas sin problemas. Nunca tuvo repercusiones en el estómago y eso que es sensible por parvovirus cuando era pequeña. Ya acostumbrada a la marca cambio de sabores sin ningún proceso de transición. En cuanto a la selección de Raw Boost, seleccione esta versión ya que cuenta con granos/cereales. Investigue sobre la alimentación ideal para perros grandes y a pesar de que la proteína es fundamental, las croquetas sin granos han demostrado causar problemas cardíacos. Muy buen alimento según veterinarios

Excelente producto! Buen sabor (me imagino jaja) mi perrito amo los liofilizados. Él es una cruza de french/chihuahua que perdió parte de su dentadura a temprana edad, y nos costaba mucho encontrar croquetas aptas para él y que no le costaran tanto trabajo masticar, estas cumplen con todo, las come con muchos ánimos y basto un par de porciones para tener unas heces firmes y cero olores
