Love this! Fry bake and grill! Everyone needs one of these

I love the size and the handles. They make it convenient to cook on the burner behind it. I hate just one long handle. It's always in the way. We use both pieces for breakfast almost every morning. I also like having a cover once in awhile for melting cheese and stuff. It's an all-around perfect set-up for me.

Good, heavy skillet & griddle. It distributes heat well and cleans up easily. I use it on my stovetop & in my kamado style grill no less than 4 times a week. It's great. I would buy this again.

I bought this piece because I use a lot of cast-iron for cooking and I keep a lot of the cast-iron in my RV and this piece I wanted to use over the winter and the holidays before I took it out to the RV I’ve used it to cook chicken to make fajita meat and I’ve use the grilling side to grill chicken breast to give it that authentic grill appearance I absolutely love this piece

I was disappointed in the quality of the interior of the pan it is very rough and will need a lot of time to ware down , what I like is the size and the fact it comes with a life that can be used as a grill on small stoves

I liked that these came with a lid and were square. Easy to cook in. Well packaged.

When I saw the name Jim Beam, I thought this was going to be a great pan. I had been looking at square pans to fry bacon in. I found this is not it. There was a hot spot about 3 inches in diameter that burned part of the slices in one area. The inner surface of the pan is very rough. Food sticks easily even though I seasoned the pan before using. The worst part, though, is cleaning the pan after cooking in it. Because the surface is so rough, there is always a layer of cooked-on food to scrub off. This requires a lot of elbow grease to clean.When I initially open the box, I wondered how that rough surface would work. I wish I would have returned it at that point, but I went ahead and used it. Now I'm trying to think of a way to get the surface smoother so I can use it again, although it sounds like a lot of work for someone who is 78 years old. I'm chalking this up to experience. :)

Was looking for a square 9x9 covered pan and this one was the closest one I could fine. Great quality and perfect size.

The pan will suit my needs. However, I thought it would be along the size of a 9x12 cake pan and it is a smaller square pan

I thought the grill could be used on stove top, but it can’t be used that way
