Love this !! Having started making more home pizzas this is best We use a pizza stone and this enables us to make the pizza and deliver it onto the stone with now problems. Removing the pizza when done is quick and easy as well. Love the fold-up handle making storage a breeze.

Great for the money! Solid wood handle. Peel is sturdy and well made but thin enough to get pizza in and out of the oven. Cleans easily. Just right and well worth the money.

Purchased this aluminum pizza peel for my Ooni Koda 12 home pizza oven and it works great. The knob is easy to loosen for turning the handle inwards for storage, and it's also an twist-off for cleaning. The aluminum is nice and thin enough for getting a cooked pizza out of the oven. I ended up using this to launch the pizza into the oven as well, with plenty of flour underneath the dough, and that worked surprisingly well. NYT Wirecutter recommends getting both a wood and aluminum pizza peel (they recommended much more expensive brand, which doesn't make sense to me when a peel is practically commoditized--and I'm grateful for solid choices like this one on Amazon). For being a newbie to home pizza cooking, I was worried the handle wouldn't be long enough to keep me safe from the heat, but in fact it is the right length. I learned that I don't want too long of a handle because not only does it get unwieldy, but also I lose leverage with too much length. I also appreciate that I can hang this peel on a hook on my pizza cart. This particular item was perfect for my home pizza making needs. I look forward to using it for years to come.

I love this pizza paddle. Super easy to use. Hard to find a place to store as it is large but its easy to clean and scratch resistant. Works great. Great value for money.
