It is connected properly wind light flickers when blade turns, but doesn't seem to be charging 12v battery, why?

This might sound stupid but are the blades on right because when I started putting mine on it was wrong but it would of fit just check them out and make sure that they seat in properly Jim moore

Mine is 25 feet, with no issues! Closer the better.
