One Petzl product worth passing up
Not at all worth the money. After buying 2 of these, I made my own footloops with some 8mm accessory cord and found it a lot sturdier and a lot more comfortable.

Hand ascenders sold separate.
I use these in conjunction with my Petzl hand ascenders. You can also be a monkey. Toss your weight and line. Pull rope over tree. Fly up any tree when used with proper gear.

Very easy and convenient to use. Much easier than using a prusik loop. Used for ascending in Technical Rescue.

Work situations, don't need anything more.
Don't need anything less, not for loading or shock loading. Prussik and anchor sling could be used but when climbing up fixed lines a lot this is what you want if weight isn't a factor.

Good quality webbing, like the fact that the footloop remains open do easier to step into, product is adjustable and would suit the tallest of people.
