Let me start off by just saying this product really cures bad breath! And now let me tell you how I know. I have been living about 10 years with little to no smell due to several sinus tumors called polyps and various foreign debris obstructing all 4 of my sinus cavities and my olfactory bulb (the smell receptor). I just had my 3rd surgery to correct this with the addition of several immunotherapy treatments and now I can smell better than ever. Well... when you can't smell for 10 years and you forget what bad breath smells like and got married and never smelling your husband's anything before; like breath, BO, etc... the world becomes a bit shocking and overwhelming. I loved being able to smell all the good scents and also being able to taste like never before, but I truly hated the overwhelming bad scents like the ones coming from people's mouths, and unfortunately that was especially true for my husband's mouth. I constantly had to tell my husband to brush and mouthwash any time we were very close together or intimate and it was very embarrassing and unintentionally rude. I didn't want to tell him at times that his breath reeked of the coffee of the morning and the meat, onions and garlic from lunch and dinner. The worst thing my husband would eat was artichoke dip and it would leave me nauseated at the whiff of his breath. It was a horrible experience having to politely tell him why I felt distant. Again, it wasn't my husbands fault, but my own sensitivity to bad smells after not smelling (or tasting) for 10yrs. So we first tried regular blue mouth wash from Walmart and the colgate cool mint breath strip toothpaste, but it did not rid smells of onion, garlic or meats well. Quite frankly it smelled worse because it was now every bad breath smell plus mint after using it. So after googling "best mouthwash in the world," Therabreath appeared. We took a shot at this mouthwash after eating a meaty, garlicky dinner... my husband used it as directed before bed and wow wow wow! No bad breath! It was completely gone! And the best part was that there is no alcohol burn at all using this mouthwash. It is very very pleasant to use and has a unique mild mint taste!! We will be using this mouth wash as long as we can afford it and I highly recommend to anyone looking to freshen their households breath. This mouth wash could save your marriage!

This works. I've tried a few flavors, and tbh none of them are super awesome yum yum fresh. But, I had developed a bad breath issue (I think because of meds), where the slightest bit of spices/garlic/onion, and I was a nightmare to myself, hours before the nighttime brush time. I'm not sure what sorcery goes into this, but it's like I can't keep bad breath (and I have solicited outside opinions). Like, sure, maybe half an hour after I've eaten some garlic or onion, I'm still advertising that I like delicious food, but then it goes away (as it should? I think? Maybe? What is normal on the scale of breath potency?). I also love that I don't feel like crying when I use this. I don't actually use this brand every day because I rotate with a special dental kind that stinks and doesn't work well for bad breath...hence why I switch off. If you go a week without this stuff - which I did once because I forgot to restock - you will tell the difference. Maybe I shouldn't speak in absolutes, maybe it won't work for you, and maybe a dentist can help because you have a specific special diagnosable issue. But if you have general bad breath, or even just bad morning breath, I think this is worth a try.
