This book breaks down the LSAT by explaining all types of questions found in ALL of LSAT's sections, their testing focus and purpose. Once you understand what a question is asking for, you can better analyze statements, break them down and look for the right answers. It analyzes key phrases found all over every section as clues to identifying what style of question it is and steps to solve them. Thus brining the LSAT down to a doable exam. Any body can understand this book and apply it. Very good tool to include inside your LSAT learning materials and plan of attack.

I bought this as a gift for my cousin who is prepping for the LSAT due to YouTube reviews regarding LSAT prep. A big pro that was mentioned was the fact that if someone is not familiar with the LSAT the layout of this guide is very similar so you get used to the look and the style. As someone who works in higher ed I know that familiarity can do a lot to ease the nerves of test takers. Good luck to everyone working on their LSAT prep!

This is a very good overall look at the LSAT examine, with a practice exam. For more in-depth studying, it's probably best to supplement this book with other study guides. But it's well written and very helpful.

The book is quite thin which for me is better because there is no point on getting a book that has thousands of pages that I won't read. Also, the instructions and explanations are simple and straightforward. It has several official LSAT tests to practice that serves me to practice. I combine this book with other online material and works perfect.

So far, I’ve found this book to be helpful in strategizing for the LSAT. I appreciate the time spent on describing the types of questions and the pointers given on how to manage time.

I really like the way it explained the answers in easy to understand format and that it gave an in depth explanation into the different study techniques, and train of thought in reaching the correct answer. The book was a big plus. Thanks for the insightful advice and guidance.

This book provides you with a lot of important information and tips and tricks for studying and preparing for the LSAT. My only suggestion is that the authors print it with a larger font size than 12 pt for those of us who need to be able to really see and absorb this information. Other than that the book is helpful.

The book is short, yes, but it does not help you how to answer each question and the examples given are way too easy to help you prepare for the real thing. They are also not official LSAT questions. It's mostly just background information. It's better to buy books that have been around for ages and have been tested and proven to help you study and improve your score.
