Gasket was not firmly attaching when tried to lock
The item that I got had a gasket seemed poorly made. The interlocking system was damaged and could not be locked easily and without 4-5 attempts. And once locked, it could not be opened without extreme force. So requested a refund and the seller accepted the return and fully refunded.

Quality is great and the price is right.
It is the right size for a family of four. The product is made out of good material and it is easy to wash. The cooking time has been less because of good convection. It is easy to operate.

Poor quality
Bought the cooker last year. The lid would not seal, a pressure cooker won't whistle. Handle cracked on high heat. I tried to use it on several times because the 30 days return timeline had expired. So I’m stuck with cooker. I wish I could return it and buy local brand.

Quality
I only buy stainless steel pressure cookers so I bought this but at first trial it just started smelling like rubber burning and I couldn't open the valve to let the steam out so I returned it. I will stick to my Fagor stainless steel pressure cooker.
