Q: Hi, What are the exact dimension of the air handlers? Thanks.

Q: Can the inside wall unit be placed lower on the wall, say 3 ft. from the ground or there a reason it needs to be over 6 ft.?

AC units are for cooling, yes? So the most efficient place is up high, where the warmest air is. But for heating, to be placed where the coolest air is would be the most effective. I live in the Midwest where the winters are to cold for heat pumps to be cost effective over a gas furnace. Therefore I recommend placing the AC unit around 6' in a room with an 8' ceiling. My ceiling is valted and 18' high, I am putting my unit at 15'.

Q: Can I only buy compressor again?. I bought this set 4 years go buy the compressor stop work.

The specifications list a 7 year compressor warranty, you should contact the warrantor/ manufacturer.

36,000 would be more than enough btu.
