I like the book, many useful tips and techniques on real estate dealings.

This book went on and on until I had to stop the suffering. A lot of common sense information presented like it was special knowledge.

This book is excellent. Experienced professionals dishing out their knowledge in a very clear and informative way with tips and real life examples that help the reader understand not only how to negotiate (not just real estate), but how the real estate investing world works. The book is not dedicated to the investments per se, but does a fairly deep dive while exploring all of the facets that go into a negotiation. I read the book in two days (291 pages) as it had a great flow and was entertaining...while being highly informative. The only negative? There are a lot of typos (grammatical errors), sometimes doubled words or couples of words, but these are real estate investment experts, not seasoned authors.

Really good book. Goes into a Lot of detail and while it seems simplistic at times, I realized that was a good thing because it breaks down everything clearly.
