Would a 24v or 48v phantom power source fry this mic? Do I have to buy an adaptor?

The mic is designed to work with a wireless transmitter not phantom power through an XLR cable.

Will this lav work when it is plugged in to any input, or does it have to be plugged into the wireless transmitter pack?

As long as you have a mic input that is 1/8" and supplies phantom power, it should work.
