I have big hydraulic cutters, medium ones too. This thing is great for #3 I can fly with this on the job as light as it is. bigger bars I wouldnt use it on but #3 and some number 4....ALL DAY LONG.

Great rebar cutter
I was using a 14 inch metal chop saw to cut rebar and this thing cuts the rebar in half the time with less mess and it is easy enough for anybody to use.

Awesome rebar cutter
awesome for cutting through rebar, it takes about 3 seconds per cut on #5 rebar which allows for faster and safer rebar setup. The only drawback would be the replacement blades cost and scarcity, I would suggest to purchase at least a hand full of them just in case . Unfortunately I cant say much about the cutting edge saws durability as someone else also thought it was a cool, as it was stolen after my first project with it.

Works great...beware
This tool is great..but it has big flaws...The screws to the cover and to the blade get loose...Over and over...If you purchase use lock-tight on the screws...or you will regret it..

Rebar sizes
On line said would cut 3/4” bar but was misleading. In that package says it’s only good for 5/8” rebar.
