Le principe de ces petits sachets est très simple : Vous en plongez un dans de l’eau froide et le laisser infuser minimum 2 ou 3h voire une nuit (c’est ce que je fais, je prépare ma carafe tous les soirs et hop au frigo !).1 sache pour 500ml à 1l d’eau mais évidement cela va dépendre de vos goûts.C’est une infusion froide donc pas sucré !
