Great, low-fat alternative for butter, suitable for diabetics
Amul lite is a butter-like breadspread with very low fat content. Hence, it's most suitable for diabetics, heart patients, and the health/weight conscious. It melts easily and is very tasty. This 100 GM pack makes it an ideal weight to buy, store and consume. It's also available in 200 and 500 GM packs.

Nice
Ofcourse the normal amul butter is much more tastier. We started buying this because of the low fat content. Even it tastes less salty than Amul butter. Its a recommended product, definitely not as bad as a margarine.
